Key takeaway: Oasis Hallandale is a pair of 25-story condo towers with 500 residences at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, about a mile west of the beach. The West Tower opened in August 2026 and the East Tower is due in 2027, with prices from $750,000, more than three times the city's median condo sale. You're paying for a new building decades from its first Broward inspection, so put your effort into the deposit terms, lender approval and the condominium documents.
Who this guide is for: You're weighing a new Oasis Hallandale condo against an older tower on the beach, and want to know what the price buys, how deposits and financing work on a tower still being finished, and what to read before your 15-day cancellation window closes.

What Oasis Hallandale costs next to older Hallandale Beach condos
Prices at Oasis Hallandale start at $750,000, according to Florida YIMBY and CondoBlackBook in August and September 2026. The median Hallandale Beach condo or townhouse sold for $240,000 in the second quarter of 2026. So the cheapest residence here costs more than three times the typical resale in the city, and it isn't on the sand: the site is about a mile west of the beach on East Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
What the premium buys is age. The West Tower received its temporary certificate of occupancy in 2026, which puts Broward's first building safety inspection around 2051. The 1970s towers on South Ocean Drive are paying for concrete and balcony repairs now. The catch is that you're buying from a developer who is still finishing the second tower, so the risks sit in the deposit, the completion date and the condominium documents.
Oasis Hallandale Towers and Residences
The project is a 10-acre mixed-use site with two 25-story condo towers of 250 residences each, 500 in total, plus five low-rise commercial buildings. Arquitectonica designed it for developer Giuseppe Iadisernia.
Oasis Hallandale West Tower
Construction on the West Tower started in August 2023. It received a partial temporary certificate of occupancy for floors 1 to 12 in July 2026 and the full one in August 2026, and closings began. It was reported 85% sold, so the choice left is a smaller set of floors and lines; ask for the current inventory list before you fall for a floor plan.
Oasis Hallandale East Tower
The East Tower topped out in March 2026 and is expected to finish in 2027. In August 2026 the developer closed a $50 million mezzanine loan from Cottonwood Group to complete it.
Oasis Hallandale floor plans and penthouses
Residences run from about 900 to 4,750 square feet, one to three bedrooms, and Arquitectonica gives 1,843 square feet as the typical unit. At the top is a two-story penthouse of 4,756 square feet with four bedrooms and 13-foot ceilings, unveiled in June 2026. Arquitectonica describes the two towers as aligned to frame ocean views, so ask which lines and floors see water from a mile inland.
Oasis Hallandale Amenities and Commercial Space
Oasis Hallandale Amenity Deck
The shared amenities sit on a six-level deck of 70,000 square feet between the towers. The developer's fact sheet lists two pools, a fitness and wellness center, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a golf simulator, a pet park, valet parking and a 24-hour lobby attendant. Five hundred owners share those costs, which helps per-unit fees compared with a small boutique tower.
Oasis Hallandale shops and offices
The commercial buildings hold about 60,000 square feet of retail and dining and 35,000 square feet of office, already open, with tenants such as KC Market and Davinci Café. You get a grocery and restaurants downstairs. You also get public traffic, deliveries and parking shared across 1,481 spaces, so visit at dinner time before you choose a lower floor facing the boulevard.
Oasis Hallandale Deposits, Timing and Contract terms
Oasis Hallandale Deposit Schedule
The developer doesn't publish deposits. An early broker listing, with dates estimated for 2022 to 2024, showed a $10,000 reservation, 20% at contract, 10% at top-off, 20% 180 days later and 50% at closing. Florida law requires the developer to escrow deposits up to 10% of the price; anything above that can go into construction if the contract allows it. On a $750,000 unit under that schedule, $375,000 is paid before closing and up to $300,000 of it could be spent on the building. Get the current schedule and the escrow clause in writing.
Oasis Hallandale build Timeline
In May 2025, Commercial Observer reported the first tower was expected to get its temporary certificate of occupancy before the end of 2025. It arrived in stages in July and August 2026. That's the reason to read what your contract says about the outside completion date for the East Tower and your rights if it passes.
Your 15-day right to cancel at Oasis Hallandale
When you buy from a developer, Florida Statutes 718.503(1) lets you cancel within 15 days of signing and within 15 days of receiving the required condominium documents. Our guide to how buying a Florida condo works covers the rest of the process.
Financing a condo at Oasis Hallandale
A new tower has no sales history and no seasoned association, which matters to lenders. Our page on non-warrantable condos and project review has the full rules.
Fannie Mae approval for a new Oasis Hallandale tower
Fannie Mae's Limited Review only covers established projects. New attached projects in Florida need Fannie Mae project approval before a lender can sell a conventional loan on a unit. Ask your lender, in writing and before your 15 days run out, whether the Oasis towers have that approval, or whether you'd need a portfolio loan with a larger down payment.
Oasis Hallandale commercial space and the 35% test
Fannie Mae treats projects with more than 35% commercial space as ineligible. The project has about 95,000 square feet of commercial space next to 500 residences. What counts is whether those shops and offices sit inside the condominium or on separate parcels, and the declaration answers that. If they're inside it, expect a lender to measure the share.
Oasis Hallandale fees, Inspections and Reserves
Oasis Hallandale maintenance estimates
Broker and directory pages list maintenance at $0.75 and $0.90 a square foot. If those are monthly figures, the typical 1,843-square-foot unit would pay roughly $1,380 to $1,660 a month. Treat both as estimates and ask for the adopted budget for your tower, then add insurance using our Florida condo insurance guide.
When Oasis Hallandale reaches Broward's 25-year inspection
Broward County's building safety inspection, which also counts as the state milestone inspection, is first due 25 years after the certificate of occupancy. For the West Tower that's 2026 plus 25, about 2051; for the East Tower, 2027 plus 25, about 2052. The state's own 30-year rule would land later, so Broward's date governs. The full rules are in our milestone inspection explainer.
Oasis Hallandale turnover and reserve study
Florida requires a structural integrity reserve study at least every 10 years for buildings three stories or taller, new ones included, and a turnover inspection report before the developer hands control to owners. Ask who controls the board today and whether the first reserve study is done; the reserve study guide explains what it sets.
Is Oasis Hallandale a rental building?
No published source describes rental apartments in the project. The developer, the architect and every news report we opened describe 500 condominium units for sale. Individual owners may lease their units, but the leasing rules (minimum terms, approval, how often) aren't public. Get them from the declaration and read renting out a Hallandale Beach condo before you count on rental income.
Oasis Hallandale vs Beachwalk for Rental Income
If short stays are the plan, compare it with Beachwalk, the condo-hotel at the east end of the same boulevard, where units sit in a resort rental program. Condo-hotels face tougher financing; here, leasing depends on the association's rules, not a hotel operator.
What to check before you buy at Oasis Hallandale
- The current deposit schedule and escrow clause. How much above 10% can go into construction, and when.
- The outside completion date for the East Tower. What happens to your deposit if it passes.
- Lender approval. Whether your tower has Fannie Mae project approval, or what a portfolio loan costs.
- The declaration. Whether the commercial buildings are part of the condominium, and the leasing and pet rules.
- The adopted budget. Per-unit dues for your size, and what the developer pays on unsold units.
- Board control and the reserve study. When owners take over and what reserves the first budget funds.
- Your line and floor. View, noise from the boulevard and the commercial blocks, and parking.

Oasis Hallandale vs other Hallandale Beach condos
The decision is a new tower inland against an older tower on the ocean. For under $750,000, you're shopping the 1970s stock on South Ocean Drive, with sand at the door and inspection bills to read; our guide to the oceanfront condo towers profiles each one. If you want new and on the beach, 2000 Ocean is the most recent tower on the strip, at several times the Oasis entry price.
The other new projects in the city, including Mondrian and Seven Park, are compared in Hallandale Beach new construction condos. Is Oasis Hallandale on the beach?
No. Oasis Hallandale is on East Hallandale Beach Boulevard about a mile west of the beach, according to Commercial Observer.
